I. Sa Pa
Sapa is an attractive town located in Vietnam’s remote Northwest Mountains. Sapa is famous for both its rugged scenery and its rich cultural diversity. II. Ha Long Bay
Ha Long Bay is located in the northeast corner of Viet Nam, 165 km from Ha Noi, in the Province of Quang Ninh. Ha Long Bay covers an area of 1,553 km2 with 1,969 islands, of which 90% are limestone islands. In 1962, Ha Long Bay was recognized as a vestige and beauty spot of national significances by Ministry of Culture and Information of Viet Nam and was also recognized as a world natural heritage site twice by UNESCO organization. The first time, in 1994 for the exceptional and universal value of the landscape and the second time in 2000 for the special value of geology and geomorphology.
Ha Long Bay’s center area was regognized as a world heritage area by UNESCO and covers an area of 434 sq. Km, including 775 islands, of which 411 are named. It is bound by Dau Go island (in the west), Dau Be island (in the south) and Cong Tay island (in the east).
A buffer zone lies around the World Heritage Area, the width is about 5 - 7 km from the protection line to the sea , on moving scale of 1-2 km.

III. Trang An, Ninh Binh Province
Ninh Binh - charming land of myth and unique landscapes, is about 90 km away from Ha Noi to the south. IV. Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc Province
Located 90 kilometers from Hanoi, Tam Dao tourist area in Tam Dao Town, Vinh Phuc Province, is an ideal getaway for tourists to escape the crazy, scorching heat. In summer, people rush to Tam Dao which is considered the Dalat of the North with its fresh cool air, mist and romantic scenery.

V. Mai Chau, Hoa Binh Province
Mai Chau is located in Hoa Binh Province, 3 hours drive from Hanoi. From the top of Cun Mountain, one can admire the superb panorama of Mai Chau surrounded by a green valley and stilt houses. It is a stunning area and most people here are ethnic White Thai, distantly related to tribes in Thailand, Laos and China.
Apparently, stilt houses are on both sides of the roads. They are quite large with palm leaf roofs and polished bamboo slat floors. The kitchen is located in the center of the house on ground floor, the cooking as well as the making of the colorful “tho cam”, the material used by Thai minority to make their clothes, takes place in the kitchen. The windows are large and decorate with patterns. Each house also has a barn and a pond to breed fish.
Mai Chau can be a base for some trekking tours to the villages around, home-stay overnight on the traditional houses of the minority ethnic houses.
The Thai women are masterful weavers who ensure that there is plenty of traditional style clothing to buy in the village center. You will see women weaving on looms under or inside their houses in the village. Visitors especially enjoy the minority specialty dishes including rice cooked in bamboo and grilled wild pork meat. They also enjoy watching traditional dancing, music performance (bronze, drums, gongs), singing and dancing as well. The remote minority villages are attractive sites for visitors.

VI. Cat Ba national park

The magnificent caves enchanted tourists; some caves pass through a mountain heart of several kilometers long. The parts where sea encroaches mainland have natural rocky shores surrounding vast and flat tidal fields with dreamy white sandy beaches scattered. Alternating the strips of dense mangrove forest, flocks of birds and storks fly to gather here.
